Privacy
What we do with your data.
We collect as little as we need to make RSVPs work and to keep you
informed. Everything is deleted once the celebration is over.
What we collect and why
When you RSVP, we store your name, whether you are attending, any
dietary requirements you share, and an optional note. If you choose to
receive a confirmation email, we also store the email address you
provide.
We use this information only to manage our guest list and send you a
copy of your RSVP. We do not use it for marketing or any other purpose.
The outfit generator on the dress-code page sends a bird photo to
Google's AI service to produce an outfit suggestion. No personal
information about you is included in that request.
Deletion after the event
All guest data — RSVP responses, dietary notes, email addresses, and
generated outfit images — will be permanently deleted within a short
period after the celebration on 13 July 2026. We have
no reason to keep it beyond that, so we won't.
Third-party services
To run this site we use a small number of external services. Each
processes data under its own privacy policy, linked below.
Netlify
Site hosting and delivery
The website is served by Netlify. When you load any page, Netlify's
servers handle the request and may log standard web server data such
as your IP address and browser type. Netlify does not receive your
RSVP details.

Supabase
Database and file storage
RSVP responses and generated outfit images are stored in Supabase, a
cloud database and storage service. Your guest data sits on Supabase
infrastructure until it is deleted after the event.

Resend
Confirmation emails
If you choose to receive an RSVP confirmation email, your email
address and a summary of your RSVP are passed to Resend, a
transactional email service, in order to deliver that message.

Google
Fonts, maps, and AI outfit generation
We use several Google services on this site:
- Google Fonts — web fonts are loaded from Google's servers
when you visit the site. Google may log the request, which includes
your IP address.
- Google Maps — the Travel page embeds a Google Map showing
the venue. Loading the map sends a request to Google, which may include
your IP address.
- Google Gemini — the outfit generator sends a bird photo
to Google's Gemini AI to produce an outfit image. No personal information
about you is included in this request.
